Fritz Cove Residence
Luxurious remodel by Peak Construction took this outdated waterfront home to its maximum potential. Every contemporary amenity has been installed to this breathtaking home. Curated finishes, and custom crafted skilled craftsmen leaves you speechless.
Hamilton Street Laundry Room
Sleek, organized, and functional, combining two ineffective spaces in this remodel has created a laundry room with a private water closet tucked behind a pocket door. Utilitarian and beautiful, a powerful duo.
Hamilton Street Residence
Open, inviting and warm, a full scale remodel at client’s residence adds architectural beauty, ample storage for all family needs, a new kitchen, office, dining and living room. Textural depth, intriguing details, and an inviting new layout all designed for comfort and atmosphere.
Dr. Lee’s Reception Remodel
Custom made finishes, marble, quartz, handmade art, wallpaper, brass accents, Mid Century Modern Designer Furniture and the worlds Best Clients made this remodel one of my first commercial designs in Juneau. Clean, inviting, upscale, and energetic, new touches are still being installed to this day.
Merritt Road Master Bath
Undeniably modern with Japanese sensibility, the materiality of this new construction exudes client’s minimalist tastes. Poured concrete, custom curated tile, sleek fixtures, oversized stainless steel soaking tub, steam shower, and bamboo vanity warm up this brand new build by Peak Construction.
Hamilton Street Office
Behind the walls of this office remodel, is a new laundry/bath that allowed us to gain more usable storage space for this home office. Replacing two compromised builder grade windows and failing slider door, with a new wood clad French door with side lights make this room a dream to work from home. Clients children’s art create a gallery wall that changes through the seasons, reflecting their ever changing life stages.
Cohen Drive Living Room Residence
Moving the outdated pellet stove to the centrally located double sided fireplace, allowed us to create more harmonious living and dining zones keeping focus on clients entertaining needs while keeping this waterfront cabin cozy and inviting.
Cohen Drive Residence
Taking this waterfront cabin into the sophisticated times with a new layout, customer made fireplace, all new windows and doors, and some fabulous new furniture curation.
Nowell Ave Outdoor Scapes
Capturing and maximizing the outdoor space at Nowell Ave Residence. Western Red cedar fence installed for needed privacy, all new raised cedar planter beds, new function and walkways, stairs, and seizing the most sq footage possible, made this a rewarding remodel for a young family who loves to entertain.
Closet Turned Added Bath
In these literal tight quarters, an unfinished storage closet becomes a modern added bath to increase the homes efficiency and increase value to the home. A large window, recessed architectural interest from a tiled niche, exposed beams, and a tray ceiling create the most spacious, stylish, sub terrain builder grade bathroom addition.
Nowell Ave Fireplace
With clients unable to spring for new tile, an inexpensive and creative solution to updating the existing 1960’s brick and insert was in the form of 3D tiles. Building a facade to visually extend the fireplace to the ceiling gave the standard 8 foot ceilings a much needed visual aspect, making your eye move upwards, visually expending the space. Whale Baleen hung off the wall to create depth and texture and dramatic shadows playing on the 3D tiles

With over a decade of design industry experience in San Francisco and the Oregon Coast. My success has stemmed from my inability to accept defeat, my greatest strength is my creativity. I am here to help you design the space you’ve always wished you lived in.

2nd Street Kitchen
Out with the old dated and cramped, in with clever design tricks to maximize this 1970’s property. Vertical lines to increase the spacial quality, all new cabinetry in selected fresh hues, thought out focal points, curated tiles, copper hits, and modern efficient lighting create this new feeling remodeled kitchen.
Behrends Ave Residence
Looking to refresh an existing bathroom, we curated tile, vanity, large tiled walk-in shower, new lighting and fixtures. The quick new layout changes created a massive impact to both livability and quality of function. Updated, fresh and light wrap up this remodel, effortlessly installed by Ryder Construction LLC.
2nd Street Proposed Two Tone Kitchen
Proposed designs for a fun green kitchen island to reflect the scenery outside of the breathtaking channel views. New layout, starting from scratch to maximize the kitchen space while creating a contemporary farmhouse look for clients
Kant Court Update
With homeowner tackling the proposed designs herself, it’s hard not to admire the work ethic of this woman! Creating a new layout, built in kitchen banquette, large quartz island, two toned kitchen, and tile to the ceiling, a few design trick create a huge impact.
Fritz Cove Curation
Every remodel deserves to be finished with as much care and planning of the furnishings as the remodel itself. One of my most popular packages is a custom curation of any room products.
